Esto tiene unas enormes ventajas y muchas m\u00e1s si se lo hace con cuidado, atenci\u00f3n y suavidad. <br>Invitamos a que el cuerpo acompa\u00f1e y permita que cada movimiento suceda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00e9todo de HVK nos invita a observarnos, a vincular nuestro cuerpo con movimientos suaves y respiraciones profundas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejamos que la mente se suba al suave movimiento oleado de la pr\u00e1ctica, en una navegaci\u00f3n de aguas calmadas, donde poder respirar profundo y descansar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las clases est\u00e1n adaptadas a las necesidades de la persona y\/o el nivel del grupo, dando opciones de pr\u00e1ctica para cada unx. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Las personas no necesitan acomodarse al Yoga sino que es la pr\u00e1ctica la que debe acomodarse para que le quede a cada persona. <\/p>\n<cite>El Coraz\u00f3n del Yoga &#8211; TKV Desikachar sobre las ense\u00f1anzas de Sri Krisshnamacharya<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfComo es una clase de Hatha Vinyasa Krama con Merc\u00e9?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Las clases de Vinyasa Krama son para todos los niveles. <br>Es una clase con un principal foco en el trabajo de posturas (asanas). Es una clase f\u00edsica, en donde a trav\u00e9s de secuencias din\u00e1micas y est\u00e1ticas, calentamos el cuerpo, enfocamos la mente,  invitamos a percibir y liberar. <br><br>Si estas buscando fitness, aqu\u00ed no es. La tonicidad del cuerpo es uno de los tantos beneficios que nos da la pr\u00e1ctica pero no ser\u00e1 el principal objetivo de esta clase. <br><br>Lo que aqu\u00ed se propone es una bienvenida y exploraci\u00f3n del cuerpo y sus sensaciones a lo largo de una serie de movimientos. Por momentos ser\u00e1 suave y lenta, por din\u00e1mica y exigente, por momentos desafiante aunque tambi\u00e9n placentera y relajante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es a trav\u00e9s de las palabras que esta pr\u00e1ctica pueda entenderse sino solo a trav\u00e9s de lo que puedas experimentar en tu presencia plena. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Otras
